Normal Steam Cleaning or Hot Water Extraction WILL NOT remove all the dirt, and leaves the carpet wet, inducing more mold and dust mite growth, the air humid and smelling of chemicals. The Oscillating Pad System uses very little moisture, cleans all the fibers down to the nap, removes all of the dirt, is quiet, has no hoses for guests or employees to trip over and leaves the carpet dry and ready for traffic.
